Are there any additional costs, such as membership fees?
No! No membership fees or hidden costs! At TastySlips, the customer comes first. Apart from the price of the purchased products (plus shipping), there are no additional costs.
Does "TastySlips" appear on bank statements?
No! There is no reference to TastySlips on your bank statements.
Can I order from the US/UK/Australia or other countries, including Europe?
Absolutely! We operate worldwide, so you can order from anywhere.
How can I cancel an item I have already purchased?
In most cases, you are purchasing a personalized item. Once the refinement or wearing process has started, the item cannot be canceled. Cancellation requires the seller's approval.
How can I log in and see my orders?
Simply click on the account icon at the top right. Log in using your email address. You will then receive a confirmation email with a new login link.
I ordered something but haven't received it yet. What can I do?
Sellers have up to 72 hours to start processing your order. If the delivery takes longer than expected, you can check your tracking number in your account. If you don’t receive your item, the Tasty Buyer Protection applies, and you will get your money back!
How are the items packaged?
Sellers are responsible for packaging their items. However, they are required to seal the items airtight. TastySlips conducts quality controls to maintain high standards.
What product categories are available on TastySlips?
TastySlips offers a wide range of great product types. The most popular categories include socks, shoes, panties and leggings.
Does "TastySlips" appear in the sender address?
Sellers ship orders discreetly, with no mention of TastySlips®.
How long does it take to ship my items?
Please note that sellers wear or refine your items only after purchase. Depending on the agreed wearing time, the delivery time may vary. However, experience shows that sellers are very reliable.
I have special requests. How can I communicate them?
If you need something special, just send us an email at info@tastyslips.com. We are also happy to forward your special requests to individual sellers.

Can I sell anonymously? What data will the buyer receive from me?

None! The customer will not know your real name, your address or your bank details. This is the only way to ensure maximum anonymity on your part. We are the intermediate interface between you and the buyer (address/shipping address), see below for more information.
Can anyone sell on TastySlips?
In general, we welcome every seller to the TastySlips family. However, you must be of legal age (e.g., 21 in the USA, 18 in Germany).
Can men also sell on TastySlips?
Yes, of course.

Can customers see my bank details?
No! Because we act as an intermediary between you and the buyer. The customer transfers the money to us and we forward it to you anonymously. This way, the customer does not see your bank details.
I forgot my password. How can I request a new one?
Simply log in with your email address. You will automatically receive a new login link, which you can use to log in again.

How do I know I have sold something?
In the event of a sale, you will receive an email notification from us. You can also track and view details of the sale in your private area. Once you have accepted the sale, we will transfer the money to you.
How do I log in?
Click on the account icon in the top right corner of our homepage and log in again with your email address. You will then receive a confirmation email with a new login link. Or simply click here.
How can I sell something on TastySlips?

What should I consider when uploading profile and product images?
Uploading 18+ images is prohibited on TastySlips.com. f you violate this rule, we are obliged to delete your images and account. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us at info@tastyslips.com.
I have sold an item. What is the next step?
As soon as you have sold an item, you will automatically receive an e-mail from us asking you to confirm the sale. After you have done this with one click, you need to enter the shipment number. You can start finishing or wearing the products.
When do I get paid?
For security reasons, payment will be processed 14 days after you provide us with a tracking number and the package has been sent.
I don’t live in Germany. Can I still sell on TastySlips.com?
Yes, of course, you can sell from abroad as well. Your products will also be available to buyers worldwide. You also don’t have to worry about shipping abroad. You will receive an automatically adjusted shipping flat rate for your country. For security reasons, you will receive your money after providing us with the tracking number for the customer.
Can I sell on TastySlips if I don't live in Europe?
Yes, you can sell from anywhere in the world. Shipping fees are adjusted accordingly.
What fees apply for selling on TastySlips?
Only when you sell something on TastySlips.com do we charge a sales commission of 30% for providing our marketplace. This allows you maximum anonymity as an interface to the customer (payment, shipping) as well as thousands of potential customers.
With the free account, you can upload up to 3 products at the same time.
What sender address should I use for shipping to stay anonymous?
Once you have sold and confirmed an item, you will receive an email with further instructions. This includes the sender address you should use for shipping to maintain anonymity. Don't worry: you do not have to use your private address.
I have sold an item. What do I need to consider for shipping?
Once you have sold and confirmed an item, we will transfer not only the payment for the item but also a flat rate for tracked shipping. Tracking is crucial in case of a complaint to trace the shipment. Only in this way can we protect you in the event of a dispute. To keep you anonymous, we provide you with a sender address.
Do I need to pay taxes on my sales?
On TastySlips, you sell refined or used items, similar to other major platforms that allow the sale of such products. Please check the regulations for private sales in your country, as we cannot provide specific guidance on this.
I have sold an item. When should I start wearing it?
Once you have sold and confirmed an item, we will transfer the payment for the item and shipping. As soon as the money is in your account, please start preparing or wearing the products immediately. The wearing duration depends on the agreed time frame. (Unless you are not living in Germany. For security reasons, we require the tracking number first, and then we will transfer the money.)
What can I sell on TastySlips?
In general you can sell everything (worn underwear, worn socks.). However, no 18+ pornographic videos and pictures. The seller profiles will be deleted immediately. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Who pays for shipping/postage?
The customer pays for both the item and the postage for a tracked package. So, you do not have to cover the shipping costs yourself. Tracking is crucial in case of a complaint to trace the shipment. Only in this way can we protect you in the event of a dispute.
